• Cashfree Payments: Refers to Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, a payment aggregator authorized by RBI, facilitating online payments.
• Payment Method: Any method available on the Cashfree payment gateway, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), or EMI.
• Platform: Our website or mobile application where we list and offer our products/services.
• Transaction: A payment made by you via Cashfree to purchase our products or services.
• Transaction Amount: The value payable by you at the time of checkout for your selected items/services.
• User: Any individual or entity using the Platform to make purchases or interact with the services.

3. Merchant’s Rights

We may collect and use your personal and transactional information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include sharing details with Cashfree or other partners for processing payments and ensuring service delivery.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, updated, and complete information during transactions.
• Use only legitimate and authorized payment methods via Cashfree.
• Cooperate with any verification or compliance checks as may be required.

5. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform or Cashfree’s services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions.
• Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive content.
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with payment processing systems.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or payment credentials.
• Violate applicable laws, RBI guidelines, or Cashfree’s Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses due to failed, delayed, or declined payments made via Cashfree. Your sole remedy lies in initiating a refund request, subject to our Refund Policy.

You agree to indemnify us and Cashfree from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of payment services.

7. Review Guidelines

You may leave reviews or feedback provided:

• It reflects your genuine experience.
• It is respectful, honest, and not misleading.
• You are not a competitor or acting on behalf of one.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate any review. By posting a review, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display the content.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be confidential, conducted in English, and the costs will be determined by the arbitrator.

You may also raise complaints with Cashfree’s grievance officer if related to payment processing.

9. Grievance Redressal

For any transaction-related concerns such as failed payments, unauthorized transactions, or refund requests, please contact us via our support page. You may also escalate payment issues to Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. at https://www.cashfree.com/help.

10. Disclaimer

By initiating a transaction through Cashfree, you agree to complete the purchase using genuine and lawful funds.

Cashfree may share transactional details with regulatory or fraud prevention bodies as required by law.

We are not responsible for delays, system downtimes, or payment failures due to reasons beyond our control.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials shared for accessing the Platform.
